We understand there are many questions about creating and updating a travel profile, so we have created a simple guide to help navigate it and know where to go when you have questions or need to update your information.
About Profiles
Creating your traveler profile is important to streamline your booking process with us.
Once you have a secure profile with Tangerine you don’t have to share the information again.
To get started, you will need to know if you will be booking using an online booking engine powered by Tangerine through your company or by calling an advisor.
Next, if you are using a tool, you should be able to login using credentials provided by your company.
If you have your credentials, most travelers can go directly to the booking site, log in, and update your profile there.
Check with your employer to see if your site has additional SSO requirements and specific link to use.
If you need login credentials, go to Booking Tool Credential Request and our team will send you details on how to login and update your profile. Please allow 1-2 business days for welcome email to be sent.
If you are not an online tool user, we can create your profile using the non-booking tool user profile request form. Once your profile has been created, we will send a welcome email and direct you to contact our agents. Please note, this could take 1-2 business days.
Online Booking Tools
Tangerine Travel works with your business to provide the best options for your personalized booking needs.
With that in mind, we partner with 3 different 3rd party booking tools, Concur, GetThere & Atriis. Each have their own unique abilities.
If your organization already works with Tangerine Travel and uses a booking tool with us, we suggest logging into that site and updating your profile there. Once you update there, we will have the information on file for future travel.

Non-Booking Tools
Our profile request page initiates a profile creation for you or our travelers that do not us a web based booking tool and call or email only to make reservations with a Tangerine Travel advisor.
To get started, click here, complete the form and submit the request. Once our support team receives your request, they will create a personal travel profile for you! Please allow them 1-2 business days to finalize it. You will receive an email with the details on how to contact our agents to book.
