United’s latest route expansion includes new year-round and seasonal services, changes from seasonal to year-round, and extra flights to existing routes. Giving travelers more options to escape the winter weather, the airline is adding flights to Curacao (United’s 21st destination in the Caribbean), Nice (the gateway to the French Riviera), and Palermo (becoming the only U.S. airline flying to Sicily). Other destinations include Zurich, London, New Delhi, Amsterdam and Frankfurt.
Chicago to Zurich: starting on March 28, 2020. Year-round daily service – operated by one of United’s premium aircraft, featuring 46 Polaris seats.
Denver to London*: starting on November 1, 2019, becoming a year-round service.
San Francisco to New Delhi: starting on December 5, 2019. Becomes a year-round service.
Newark to Nice*: starting on May 2, 2020. Daily seasonal service – operated by one of United’s premium aircraft, featuring 46 Polaris seats.
Newark to Palermo*: starting on May 20, 2020. Seasonal service
Newark to Curacao*: starting on December 7, 2019. Seasonal Saturday-only service.
Increased services from Newark to Amsterdam & Frankfurt: starting on March 28, 2020. Second daily service – operated by one of United’s premium aircraft, featuring 30 and 46 Polaris seats respectively.

between New York/Newark and Athens (until May 8, 2020), Naples (until May 8,
2020), and Porto (until March 28, 2020), and between Washington and Barcelona
(until May 8, 2020).
