The Port of Seattle Makes Permanent its SEA Visitor Pass Program at Sea-Tac

Visitor Pass

The Port of Seattle announced it is making permanent its SEA Visitor Pass program, which allows non-ticketed visitors to go beyond security checkpoints.

SEA Visitor Passes are available seven days a week, and visitors can apply for it online on the same day or up to seven days in advance.

This is how it works:

  • 100 visitors per day are admitted between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. seven days a week. You can stay in the terminal until 10:00 p.m. but the last entrance is 9:00 p.m.
  • Enter general security at Checkpoint 3; expedited security programs can’t be used with this program.
  • Apply online on the same day or up to seven days in advance.

In 2019, the SEA Visitor Pass pilot program ran for six weeks and had 1,165 visitors enrolled. Sea-Tac was the first airport on the West Coast to create a pilot program for visitor passes last year.

Apply for the program and learn more about its rules.
