Alaska Airlines will be inaugurating its new flagship lounge at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport on July 12. Located in Concourse N, on the Mezzanine level (above gates N13-18), it will be the carrier’s biggest lounge so far (with 15,800 square feet), and will feature great views of the tarmac and runways.

At SeaTac, fliers can get access to three Alaska Lounges in different locations:

  • Concourse D (beyond the security checkpoint), open daily from 4:30AM until 8PM
  • Concourse C (near gate C16), open daily from 5AM until 12AM
  • Concourse N (above gates N13-18), open daily from 5AM until 11PM

Note: after the opening of the new Alaska Flagship Lounge, the current lounge located between gates N1 & N2 will be closed.

In order to have access to the company’s lounges in Seattle, customers have different options to choose from:

  • Book a paid first class ticket on any Alaska flight (awards and cash tickets qualify, while upgrades do not)
  • Buy an Alaska Lounge annual membership, which ranges in cost from $295-450, depending on traveler status
  • Buy a day pass for $50 or, if travelers have the Alaska Airlines Visa® Credit Card they have access to a 50% discount ($25)
  • Admirals Club members have access to Alaska Lounges when flying Alaska or American on the same day

Travelers who are Alaska Lounge members may bring immediate family (spouse or domestic partner and children under the age of 21) or up to two guests into any Alaska Lounge or into any of the company’s 95 global partner lounges.

Aside from the opening of its new flagship lounge, Alaska is also making changes to their Anchorage, Portland, and Los Angeles locations – check each location’s hours and other information before your trip.
