About Us
The Tangerine Travel Charity Foundation is a public non-profit, volunteer-driven organization committed to the public benefit, though philanthropy and hard work.
The Tangerine Travel Charity Foundation will help to enrich the lives of our neighbors in the Pacific Northwest region, with respect and compassion for people and their own capabilites. As the Foundation continues to mature, its mission will remain steadfast.
Governance
Our Board of Directors understands and embraces its responsibility to oversee the Foundation's mission, strategic direction, finances and operations, and will do so honestly and with integrity. The Board establishes clear and understandable policies and ensures that these policies are followed.
Our Values
The founders and staff of the Foundation embrace a core set of values:

The Board and staff, in all of their work on behalf of the Foundation, will show graciousness and respect to all people. The success of the Foundation is enriched by soliciting and considering the innovative ideas and advice of others. - Commitment to Effectiveness
The Board will identify unique and strategic opportunities to advance positive change. Taking a long-term view, the Board will measure and evaluate effectiveness as best as possible to ensure strategies and tactics are on target. - Capacity to Think Big
The Board will initiate and be receptive to ideas in which a large commitment of funds and/or time can make a unique and lasting contribution. The Foundation will operate in a way that ensures flexibility to respond to such opportunities.
